I finally remembered where I saw Eveline character before. It's Emily from "The Possession". It seems Capcom took several ideas from this movie, mainly Eveline's character design and Marguerittes's ability to summon and puke insects. I think it's pretty obvious Eveline was heavily based on Emily, as she has the same outfit, same hair and the same creepy stare. Emily from The Possession (2012). Eveline from Resident Evil 7.
